not happy with the composing interface
Maybe it's in here somewhere but it
would be really nice to have choice between html and rtf posting
because the font sizing and paragraph breaking on the rtf interface are
kind of annoying.
also, a preview mode would be nice, which you know, shouldn't be hard since they have it on LJ already.
Comments
There's a Known Issues list. It says they're working on adding a preview function for comments, but doesn't mention entries.
You can submit suggestions though, over Feedback.
Cool. Threaded commenting would be good too. And I notice it works better in ie than firefox.
When you are posting under who can view this, the last one is the draft view.
It took me forever to find that.
Youi bring up some good issues.
Also, would a cut tag even work on here?
I haven't seen anything that would work like a cut tag in any of the help screens...
Which would make it difficult to post long fics or even something like R-rated artwork over here if there is no cut-tag feature.
This seems to be geared to someone who has no knowledge of coding. Or wanting to adapt the blog to your own personal taste.
Are you using this on a regular basis?
I keep forgetting that I even have an account here. It just doesn't have anything that calls and holds my attention.
I'm too used to lj, I guess?
But I think one of the things that bothers me most is that you can't respond to comments, which is one of the greatest things on lj.
I'd like to use it more often but I haven't found exactly a purpose for it other than book and music recs. And yeah, the lack of responding comment notification is a real negative here.
